Expeditions
When I crossed the Thorung La pass in Nepal in 1996, I never thought that the story that started with this fantastic trekking would one day lead to the summit of Everest.
Through the years my interest in travel and physical challenges has grown to a passion for high altitude mountaineering whereby I strive to challenge myself, both physically and mentally. Since 1996, I have managed to climb the 7 Summits, the highest mountain on each of the 7 continents.
I have grouped short descriptions of the my most important adventures in two categories:

- 8000 meter peaks describes my expeditions in Nepal and Pakistan to Cho Oyu, Everest and K2
