High altitude project management
On the 24th November, The Hub is organizing a workshop about High Altitude project management. In my daily life, I work as a program manager for an international IT-company. Over the years, I have noticed that some of the guiding principles for successful mountaineering also apply to better project management and vice versa. I will illustrate these principles with some spectacular mountaineering photography. This event will be an interactive session to question and learn how you could apply this to your own projects, facilitated by Simone Poutnik. The event takes place in the office of The Hub in Brussels (Koninklijke Prinsstraat 37, 1050 Brussels. Members of the Hub pay 5 euro, non-members pay 10 euro. Per participant, 5 euro will be donated to MSF/AZG. A drink is included. The workshop will be in English.
